Who We Are & What We Stand For
DS Projects is a close-knit team of specialists who have come together from across the construction industry with one shared purpose: to provide the most trusted, reliable and permanent solution to concrete and masonry water ingress in NSW.
Our team brings hands-on experience across new construction and remedial works, manufacturing, procurement, stone masonry, bricklaying, concrete repair, waterproofing, carpentry and project management. That breadth of knowledge means we understand the full picture — from how buildings are built, to why they leak, to how to fix them for good.
We are not a large company and we have no intention of becoming one. We are a small, focused team that carries out all project work in-house. That means the people you speak to are the same people who show up on site, and the quality of our work is never diluted by subcontracting or growth for growth’s sake.
Meet The Team
Louisa Haddad — Founder & Director
Louisa comes from a residential development, construction and procurement background and brings a strategic, common-sense approach to everything we do. She leads the business with safety, quality and efficiency at the forefront, the same values she applies to running a large family. There is nothing accidental about how DS Projects operates. It is by design.
Eoin Daniels — Quality & Development Manager
Eoin's career spans construction, manufacturing and fitout across Australia, with deep roots in the procurement and manufacture of high-specification joinery for tier-one commercial and residential projects. He founded and managed the largest specialised carpentry business in Australia, a high-spec masonry business across NSW, and a national concrete and leak repair business servicing tier-one, infrastructure, commercial and residential sectors. Eoin brings a professional, customer-first approach built on honesty, transparency and an unwavering commitment to delivering on promises.
Brad Jones — General Manager
Brad is exceptional — and that is not a word we use lightly. With over 30 years of experience as a stone mason, bricklayer and general manager in national concrete, masonry and leak repair businesses, there is very little Brad has not encountered in the remedial water ingress space. He carries an extraordinary depth of knowledge and approaches even the most complex challenges with a calm, considered composure that speaks for itself. He is the kind of person who raises the standard of everything around him.
Bryson Jones — Project Supervisor
Bryson is a fully qualified diesel mechanic who brings a precise, systems-based approach to every project he supervises. Methodical, sharp and driven, he has inherited his father Brad's work ethic in every sense. Bryson is a key person in our business today and a future leader of it.
Nicole Robson — Administration & Accounts
Nicole is the operational backbone of DS Projects. She keeps the team tight, the business running smoothly and our clients well looked after. Direct, caring and completely reliable — the kind of person every good business is built around.
Kevin Jay Balen — Marketing Manager
Kevin manages our entire digital presence, including our website, SEO, social media and advertising campaigns. His methodical approach means that what we do and who we are is communicated clearly to the people who need us most.
Our Install Team
All project installation work is carried out by our in-house team, each trained across the full scope of what we do and specialised in specific techniques — a combination that drives both quality and efficiency.
